Well, I'm ALing crucifix this round. Lots has happened already, so this is gonna be a long one.
To begin the round, we got off to a slow start. I had to work early and thus was sleeping when the round started. Someone stole our alliance name and sent us a ransom message for it. Hilarious. I'm grouping with RT and some other crucifix loyalls, and my sectors solidly in the alliance for the round, so no worries there.
All of the old officers from last round were hiding or not willing to help. Bedrock and star were hiding, Eid didn't want to do anything, get down is hiding, and pawnflux wasnt interested at first. I got lucky and cheli and c-ya moved in though. Cheli has been a huge help to me, and is the only reason crucifix got off the ground. without her support, i'd have given up on it for sure.
Bedrock got caught doing some account sharing, so naturally he fled to protect his own ego. Eid got in a fight with me over nothing, i more or less suspect she was looking for a reason to leave and found one, Taking her sector with her. Those were all crucifix loyals, but they werent there for the early crucifix last round, which was in the same position the current one is in. They came in during the glory period just before the lumi war. They were expecting us to be top again i guess, but it didn't happen till later last round, and if it happens this round it wont be till later as well. So they moved to Rag chasing NW. Fine with me.
Lots of sector trading and switching up going on. I'm always just 1 well placed sector away from jumping us tp 4th, but then an inactive sector always leaves chasing NW. What i have now is an alliance full of people who want to be there, who are willing to work hard, and are not afraid of a little action. I'm happy with it.
We took on planet of robots with a group of a lot of other allainces. he was a bit too big this early in the round, but we did get him powerless and cuased some other damage, which caused him to suicide. a hollow victory, and not really claimable.
We also helped with an affinity KT last night. Lots of my guys showed up for both, and i'm very excited about the implications this has for later in the round. We're not the biggest out there, but i'd bet we've got one of the hardest fighting alliances.
We're extremely close with affinity, almost borderline sisters. me and dozer work well together, and share quite a few ideals. We're on good terms with source, rag, fenris and chaotic, and nuetral with TAG. The universe is liking us a lot more without bedrock than with, which is what i assumed would be the case all along.
nothing else to report right now, maybe more later.
